Pursuant to the Decree 86/2015/ND-CP, Hue University has just issued regulations on tuition fee levels, tuition fee exemption, and reduction and internal payment at Hue University from the academic year 2015-2016 to 2020-2021. Specifically, tuition fees for all majors at Hue University range from VND 9,800,000 (for social sciences and humanities majors) to VND 11,700,000 (for technology and arts majors) per academic year (10 months). For health major at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University, the tuition fee is VND 14,300,000 per academic year (10 months).

Tuition fees for joint training, high-quality and advanced programs are stipulated in accordance with the support of the State budget, ensuring the affordability of training costs. The following are examples:

- Dual Finance- Banking bachelor’s program (a joint training program between the University of Economics, Hue University, and the University of Rennes 1, France): VND 15,000,000 per semester.

- Business Administration advanced program (a joint training program between the University of Economics, Hue University, and the Dublin Institute of Technology-Ireland): VND 15,000,000 per semester for the first year and tuition fees for next semester may be adjusted in conformity with current regulations.

- Economics- Finance advanced program (Taught in English language and following the curriculum of Sydney University, Australia): Tuition fees will be reduced by 50% in the first semester if students have 25 points or over in the entrance exam, etc.

- High-quality programs: VND 440,000 per credit. Tuition fees will be adjusted following the Government’s regulations.
