The "International Education Bulletin" is not intended to be a publication containing current events or the like in education and training in other countries but to introduce researches on theoretical and practical education issues at all levels from preschool education, general education to higher education and other educational fields in some developed or developing countries, which is close to Vietnamese education.

The Bulletin tries to selectively introduce issues, directly related to education management, methods of education in general and methods of teaching and learning in particular, and fundamental and comprehensive reform of education in our country today.
