Since 2008, Dr. Jean-Louis Hermen and Dr. Micheline Marie Sainte have come to Hue many times to introduce the Master program on training technology and job system. This year, Dr. Jean-Louis Hermen shared their experience in setting up an e-learning program in general and e-learning Master training program in training technology and job system at Federal University of Toulouse Midi-Pyrénées.

The presentation was very helpful to Hue University since Hue University has the plan to apply the hybrid education model in a couple of programs and centers in the years to come. Vice President Huynh Van Chuong and other participants posed a lot of practical questions to Dr. Jean-Louis Hermen and Dr. Micheline Marie Sainte and expressed his sincere thanks for sharing their experience.
