Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Quang Linh, President of Hue University, presented an overview of Hue University and strengths of affiliated colleges. The President expressed his wishes that Hue University and Finnish universities can cooperate in various academic fields to develop academic programs as well as highly practical researches. To achieve that, the Vice Minister would be a helpful bridge linking Hue University with Finnish universities.

Mrs. Anita Lehikoinen - Vice Minister of Education and Culture of Finland thanked the warm welcome of the President of Hue University. She had a high opinion of the role of mobile training in the current trend of globalization and proposed Hue University to develop academic programs in clean energy, climate change which are top priorities in Finland. The Vice Minister valued the role of faculty and applied science in training so that she was willing to support Hue University’s faculty in attaining higher academic degrees in Finland.

Also on this occasion, the Vice Minister visited the Hall of History of Hue University.
