Prof. Chia Chu Chen has been working with the College of Pedagogy - Hue University since 2007. Prof. Chia Chu Chen has made considerable contributions in training and strengthening cooperation between the two universities, as follows:

-Organized interdisciplinary scientist groups to Hue University College of Pedagogy to work and enroll undergraduate students, graduate students and graduate candidates from member colleges of Hue University

-Member of Organizing Committees of international conferences, namely VSOP (2002), Summer School on High Energy Physics and Cosmology BCVSPIN (2011) held at Hue University College of Pedagogy
