President of Hue University and President of Chungwoon University signed an agreement for the cooperation on research and development, faculty and students exchange between two Universities. This is the basis for the long-term relationships between Hue University and Chungwoon University.

Chungwoon University is situated on the Central of Korea with a regular student population of 6000. There are 4 affiliated colleges under Chungwoon University: College of Science and Technology, College of Television and Arts, College of Hotels and Tourism Business, College of Social Studies and Humanity. There are altogether 24 Departments, including Vietnamese Studies Department.
