The declarations include:

- The decision of Education and Training Minister to assign MSc. Tran Dang Huy, Accountant of Financial Plan Department to be the Chief Accountant of Hue University for the term 2006-2011. This decision comes into effect since January 17th, 2008.

- The decision of President of Hue University to accredit Dr. Nguyen Vu Tien, Ex-Director of Experiment Center – Hue University to be Vice-Director of Hue University Publishing House. This decision becomes effective since January 22nd, 2008.

- The decision of President of Hue University to appoint Dr. Duong Thi Hoang Oanh, Lecturer of College of Foreign Languages – Hue University to the position of Assistant Manager of International Cooperation Department – Hue University. This decision comes into force since February 1st, 2008.

Before this ceremony, on January 14th, 2008, there was a decision of Hue University to designate Dr. Bui Thi Tam from College of Economics, Hue University to take the position of Dean of Tourism Department – Hue University. The decision takes effect since January 16th, 2008.
