The representative office of Okayama University in Hue when becomes active will help promote research work, collaboration in science and technology hand-over, study- aboard advising… so that students in the Central area can approach the Education in Japan; and will prepare for opening post-graduate training programs for Sustainable Environment and Rural System. The representative office of Okayama University- Japan is located at Hue University, No. 3 Le Loi street.

Both parties have discussed necessary procedures towards the following stages in the collaboration program.

This is a positive initial step which promises the long-term collaboration since the signing of an agreement between Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Toan, President of Hue University and Mr. Kyozo Chiba, President of Okayama- Japan in October, 2006
