Hue University and Val De Loire University enter into a training cooperation

On July 2, Assoc. Prof. Le Manh Thanh, Vice President of Hue University meets with Prof. Romuald Boné, Rector of Val De Loire National Engineering School, France.
Hue University College of Education and Val De Loire National Engineering School have set up their cooperation since 2009. There have been 9 students selected for the course so far with remarkable initial learning results. These students followed Val De Loire curriculum, comprised of Mathematics, Physics, English and French. French, particularly, is instructed by French-speaking teachers. This five-year engineering training program includes the first 2 years in Vietnam and the following 3 years in France, Meeting Vietnam Organization (Rencontre au Vietnam), leaded by Prof. Tran Thanh Van, is the sponsor for this program.
On the same day, Hue University College to Education and Val De Loire National Engineering School signed the MOU on continuing the ongoing training cooperation. Under this MOU, 14 to 16 students will be admitted to the College of Education next year before being sent to France. Val de Loire School, at the same time, will send their students to Hue University for internship at its labs and research centers. The program is aimed to offer opportunities for good Vietnamese students, especially those in Central Vietnam, to study in France and become proficient engineers in electro-mechanics and manufacturing systems.
