Signing ceremony between National Taichung University, Taiwan and Hue University

On August 9, at Hue University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Toan, President of Hue University and Prof. Dr. Yang Szu Wei, Rector of National Taichung University (NTCU) entered into a cooperation agreement.
Under this agreement, the two universities will detail some components such as exchanging professors, researchers and students in different fields, including foreign languages, education, technology and economics. Following the signing ceremony with Hue University, NTCU discussed and reached agreements with the Colleges of Foreign Languages and Education. NTCU also dropped by Hue University Learning Resources Center.
