The delegation of DFG, Federal Republic of Germany heading by Prof. Dr. Luise Schorn-Schutte offered Assoc. Prof. Le Manh Thanh, Vice President of Hue University, the gift in the meeting on June 9,2010.
As part of DFG work plan at Hue University, Prof. Jurgen Osterhammel from the Faculty of History and Sociology, University of Konstanz, Germany gave a lecture about the Age of Enlightenment in Europe. His presentation drew attention of many officers, undergraduate and graduate students from Departments of History, Oriental and International Studies as well as historical researchers.
