The new contributions of the thesis are as followed:

The thesis contribute to evaluation of the treatment for kidney stone by percutaneous nephrolithotomy on kidney opened surgery based on the criterion of free-stone rate or complications ... and contribute the puncture into the kidney based on CT-scanner and fixed C-arm positioning, which  helps the puncture time faster than other authors while reducing the time of ray projection. One of the new points of the thesis is the use of ureteroscopes to support the dilatation of the tunnel to avoid straying, helping to succeed in surgery.
