Luận án có đóng góp điểm mới sau:

- Tạo dòng thành công và xác định trình tự gen AspPecA, AspPecB và AspPecC mã hóa pectinase từ Aspergillus niger M13 được đăng ký trên Genbank với mã số tương ứng MT502411, MT502412 và MT502413;

- Lần đầu tiên biểu hiện thành công gen AspPecA mã hóa cho pectinase trong P. pastoris X33. rAspPecA tinh sạch được nghiên cứu và xác định một số tính chất;

- rAspPecA có khả năng làm trong nước ép táo và làm tăng khả năng bóc vỏ tiêu với hiệu suất cao hơn 90%.

The thesis has the following new contributions:

Successfully cloned and determined the sequences of AspPecA, AspPecB and AspPecC genes encoding pectinase from Aspergillus niger M13 registered on Genbank with corresponding codes MT502411, MT502412 and MT502413;

This is the first time, the AspPecA gene encoding pectinase was successfully expressed in Pichia pastoris X33. Purified rAspPecA was studied and some properties of the enzyme were determined;

rAspPecA has the ability to clarify apple juice and increase the ability to peel pepper with an efficiency higher than 90%.
