Luận án đã đóng góp cho chuyên ngành ngoại tiết niệu các số liệu nghiên cứu về viêm thận bể thận cấp tính tắc nghẽn do sỏi niệu quản.

Đối với thực tiễn tại Việt Nam, luận án giúp việc chẩn đoán sớm và thái độ xử trí nhanh, chính xác và nhất quán các bệnh nhân bị viêm thận bể thận tắc nghẽn cấp tính do sỏi niệu quản.

Luận án cũng đã phân tích và tìm ra một số yếu tố tiên đoán nguy cơ sốc nhiễm khuẩn ở các bệnh nhân bị viêm thận bể thận tắc nghẽn cấp tính do sỏi niệu quản. góp phần giảm các biến chứng nặng, tử vong và chi phí điều trị

The new contributions of the thesis:

The thesis contributes to the domestic research data of acute obstructive pyelonephritis due to ureteral calculi.

Currently, in Vietnam, the thesis helps in early diagnosis and fast, accurate and consistent management attitude of patients with acute obstructive pyelonephritis due to ureteral calculi

The thesis also analyzed and found somes risk factors for septic shock in patients with acute obstructive pyelonephritis due to ureteral calculi, contributing to reducing severe complications, mortality and treatment costs.

As mentioned above, the present doctoral dissertation has addressed several major contributions in relation to the field of urology. I hope that professors and the board of Hue university approve and permit this PhD thesis to be reported in Hue University.
