THE NEW SCIENTIFIC FINDINGS

The thesis has comprehensively synthesized literature of tourist site management, supplemented and improved academically the basic concepts of tourism, tourist site management, content and factors affecting tourism site management.

The thesis has proposed an appropriate research model of factors affecting the tourist site management including 5 factors: Development and implementation of tourist site development planning, Promotion, advertising and publicizing tourist destination, Management of business activities at tourist site, Environmental management at tourist site and Conservation and development of tourist resources to assess tourist site management in the capital Vientiane, Lao PDR.

The thesis has analyzed and assessed the current situation of tourist site management in the capital city of Vientiane, Lao PDR in the period from 2010 to 2019, clarifying the positive points, limitations and associated causes of the management of tourist destination at Vientiane.

The thesis has provided scientific and practical arguments to propose basic goals, viewpoints, principles and solutions that can be applied in practice, contributing to the improvement of management of tourist site in the capital city of Vientiane, Lao PDR.

NHỮNG KẾT QUẢ MỚI CỦA LUẬN ÁN

Luận án đã góp phần hệ thống hóa, bổ sung, hoàn thiện về mặt học thuật các khái niệm cơ bản về: Du lịch, điểm du lịch, quản lý điểm du lịch, nội dung quản lý điểm du lịch, các nhân tố ảnh hưởng tới quản lý điểm du lịch.

Luận án đã đề xuất được mô hình nghiên cứu các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến quản lý điểm du lịch bao gồm 5 yếu tố: Xây dựng và thực hiện quy hoạch phát triển điểm du lịch, Xúc tiến, tuyên truyền, quảng bá điểm du lịch, Quản lý hoạt động kinh doanh điểm du lịch, Quản lý môi trường điểm du lịch và Bảo tồn và phát triển tài nguyên du lịch để đánh giá công tác quản lý điểm du lịch tại thủ đô Viêng Chăn, CHDCND Lào.

Luận án đã phân tích, đánh giá thực trạng quản lý điểm du lịch trên địa bàn thủ đô Viêng Chăn, CHDCND Lào giai đoạn từ 2010 đến 2019, làm rõ những điểm tích cực, hạn chế và nguyên nhân của công tác quản lý điểm du lịch.

Luận án đã cung cấp những luận cứ khoa học và thực tiễn để đề xuất mục tiêu, quan điểm, nguyên tắc và hệ thống giải pháp cơ bản, có khả năng áp dụng trong thực tiễn, góp phần hoàn thiện công tác quản lý điểm du lịch trên địa bàn thủ đô Viêng Chăn, CHDCND Lào.
